VirtualSUG™ Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

VirtualSUG has rapidly become a popular and important part of the resources by which SAS Software users learn new ways to use SAS Institute products to manage, acquire, report and analyze data. Your organization can assist in expanding VirutalSUG’s services to the SAS user community AND gain valuable exposure to thousands of SAS Software users by serving as a VirutalSUG Corporate Sponsor.

We can offer the following sponsorship opportunities

Platinum Sponsor
With an annual commitment, you receive:

  • Placement of your organization’s logo (with link) on the VirtualSUG web site’s home page during all of 2008
  • Email of a one or two page PDF about your organization to all VirtualSUG session attendees in 2008
  • Verbal recognition/thanks at the start and end of each VirtualSUG session
  • Listing (with web link) on all outbound emails promoting VirtualSUG events to our list of over 6,000 SAS Software users around the world
  • Names, email addresses and contact details of VirtualSUG attendees who “opt-in” to receive information from corporate sponsors

Gold Sponsor
With an annual commitment, you receive:

  • Placement of your company name with link (no logo) on the VirtualSUG web site’s home page during all of 2008.
  • Email of a one or two page PDF about your organization to all VirtualSUG session attendees in 2008.
  • Verbal recognition/thanks at the start and end of each VirtualSUG session.
  • Listing (with web link) on all outbound emails promoting VirtualSUG events to our list of over 6,000 SAS Software users around the world.
  • Names, email addresses and contact details of VirtualSUG attendees who “opt-in” to receive information from corporate sponsors during all of 2008.

Silver Sponsor
Commitment for three months (minimum of 12 one-hour VirutalSUG sessions). You receive:

  • Placement of your company name with link (no logo) on the VirtualSUG web site’s home page for three months.
  • Email of a one or two page PDF about your organization to all VirtualSUG session attendees in 2008.
  • Verbal recognition/thanks at the start and end of each VirtualSUG session.
  • Listing (with web link) on all outbound emails promoting VirtualSUG events to our list of over 6,000 SAS Software users around the world.
  • Names, email addresses and contact details of VirtualSUG attendees who “opt-in” to receive information from corporate sponsors from events for which your organization was a Silver Sponsor.

Bronze Sponsor
One-month commitment (minimum of three one-hour VirtualSUG sessions). You receive:

  • Placement of your company name with link (no logo) on the VirtualSUG web site’s home page for one month.
  • Email of a one or two page PDF about your organization to all VirtualSUG session attendees in 2008.
  • Verbal recognition/thanks at the start and end of each VirtualSUG session.
  • Listing (with web link) on all outbound emails promoting VirtualSUG events to our list of over 6,000 SAS Software users around the world during sponsorship period.
  • Names, email addresses and contact details of VirtualSUG attendees who “opt-in” to receive information from corporate sponsors from events for which your organization was a Bronze Sponsor.
